The Family Jools Shopping Cart ... As easy as 1-2-3

Make sure your cookies are enabled and your browser is refreshed before you start shopping.   If you have problems with the cart not holding items when added, and you have Norton's firewall running, try disabling the firewall.
 

1. Adding Items to Your Cart

Our new cart lets you order quickly, easily and securely.  When you click on the "add to cart" button, that item is sent to the checkout area, and you are automatically returned to the page you were viewing.  Handy 'View Cart' buttons at the top & bottom of every page let you view your product selections at your convenience, and check-out at any time.

2. Viewing the items in your cart - The Checkout Page

When you are finished shopping, or at any time you want to see what's in your cart, click on one of the VIEW CART / CHECKOUT buttons located at the top and bottom of every catalog page.

This will take you to the Checkout Page where you can view all of the items in your cart, as well as a sub-total before shipping.  From here, you'll be able to remove items, continue shopping or complete your order.

If you have to log off for a bit, no problem!  Our cart is very smart, and will remember your selections.

3. Completing Your Order

This is a secure page where you fill in the necessary contact information, choose how you want to pay for your order (Visa, PayPal, Check or Money Order), select from the various shipping options, etc.

After you've verified the information is correct and submitted the order for processing, I will get back to you with shipping costs, your order total and any additional payment information you may require.

Use of the Shopping Cart is totally optional!  If you prefer, you can email me your order, or use our old Order Form.
